you can send BSV from any BSV wallet to any U.S. mobile phone number by either knowing the users phone number, or knowing the users legacy deposit address that is connected to their phone, or know their TEXTBSV handle.

After you follow TextBSV instructions using your phone, just set TextBSV as a contact, I named mine Bitcoin, you can keep it set as TextBSV if you want.
